Seattle Children’s Hospital has a number of clinical programs for which we are renowned. We are currently in the process of developing web sites for each of these programs, and we recently launched our latest web site, for our Transplant Premier Program

Earlier this week I launched a site I built for a very special person – my wife: Lucky Mom. Thanks to a wide selection of family and friends, it has already been generating some decent traffic as well as positive feedback from visitors.

Since I became the web team manager at Seattle Children’s Hospital, I’ve been involved in the process of hiring people for my team for the first time.

I’m not usually one to blow my own trumpet, but I did want to highlight some projects we’ve recently done at Children’s Hospital. Yes, I actually do some real work during the day!

We’ve just launched the public phase of a campaign to raise $300 million (we’re $200M down with $100M to go), and to accompany this we launched redesigns of our Hospital Foundation and Guild web site and the home page of our main web site.

Not too long ago I jumped on the podcast bandwagon and became an avid listener during my commute to and from work. Since then I’ve tried out a number of different shows (there are soooo many now) and have settled on five (or so) that won’t be leaving my Rio Karma any time soon. Read More
