This is pretty good — we’ve all dealt with them. I particularly like the quote:

Last week my hard drive started looking like it might be on its last legs. The built-in diagnostic tool that comes with my HP computer was returning a “BIOHD-8” error, which suggested that my hard drive was not feeling too healthy.

I don’t do much freelance work any more. Mainly because work + family + gaming habit + blog doesn’t leave time for too much else. However, I do have a couple of clients and I recently redesigned the website for one of them — Bike and the Like.

I just got my 2009 yearly uptime report for this website. It was offline for a total of 6 minutes and 3 seconds, which is better than 99.99% uptime!

When I joined NCsoft a little over a year ago, one of the core things I wanted to improve was the main US web site. Well, it took somewhat longer than I had planned, but recently the redesigned site went live.

The NCsoft web team has been busily working away, and recently launched redesigns for a couple of our game web sites.

The first is for our City of Heroes superhero game (shameless plug: 14-day free trial available).
